Event Schedule

Pre-Dinner Festivities, Tequila Lounge | 3:30 – 5:00 PM

  • Watch as our team gets a magical makeover with face painting by Kimberly Schlosser of PeachPalaceLLC, featuring dark skull and moon-inspired designs that set the tone for an enchanting evening.

Cocktail Hour & Live Entertainment, Tequila Lounge| 5:00 – 7:00 PM

  • Kick off the evening with welcome shots served in keepsake copitas and a fiery live cooking demo by the Chef. Enjoy bold appetizers and a special performance by Claudia, a Ballet Folklorico dancer.

Sit Down Dinner, Cowtown Room | 7:00 – 9:00 PM

  • Begin the evening with a celebratory toast and speech by Celebrity Chef Richard Sandoval, followed by a curated three-course meal paired with a 6-drink Omakase experience.

Farewell & Dessert Time | 9:00 – 10:00 PM

  • End the evening on a sweet note with decadent desserts, and don’t forget to grab some take-home goodies before the event wraps up.
